Construcción Sujeciones - Rib Construction

Se construyeron las sujeciones para las palas y todas las partes que ello implica. Se trabajaron los tubos doblados y rectos de 2" para conseguir "bocas de pescado" en los extremos, para así poder soldar estos tubos a las abrazaderas que los unen. Se fabricaron también las abrazaderas: se cortaron los trozos de tubos, se fresaron las ranuras; se cortaron trozos de pletinas, se perforaron y, finalmente, se soldaron los conjuntos. Satisfechos con los resultados.

The ribs that hold the scoops in place were built: the "fish mouths" were cut out of the 2" tubes; the clamps that hold everything together were also built: the tubes were cut, the grooves were milled, and the part where the bolts go were cut and drilled. After everything was welded. Satisfied with the results.
